This is an odd name for a category of control. Subs have to learn that serving a mistress or master often means learning to make small and/or large changes to please their owner. This section will prepare you by forcing you to either a) make small changes to your routine or appearance or b) forcing you to engage in activities that might be outside of your comfort zone. I encourage you to spin the wheel and complete the assigned task no matter how nervous you are. It will prepare you to better serve your future owner. Who knows? You may just like the change.
